Mission statement

Mission: Enriching the quality of life for severely disabled children and their families through helping to provide opportunities of inclusion to recreational and socialization activities and advocating for their rights to greater inclusion and acceptance in activity programs in their communities and every facet of society. We focus on the entire family as a unit and not just the disabled children.

Purpose

Our Purpose primary is to provide cost-free opportunities of inclusion to year-round recreational and socialization activities.

Our philosophy is that inclusion is the only path to follow to breaking down the walls of exclusion, and also concur with the Declaration of Human Rights which states all human beings without distinction of any kind have equal and unalienable rights to human dignity and freedom. Further, individuals with any disability whether mild or profound have the same basic rights as any other citizen in society.

However, It’s very unfortunate that, children with severe disabilities and their families in today’s society are still experiencing unbelievable levels of social isolation and exclusion, especially during the school holidays and weekends. We hope to help improve this unimaginable situation through the sharing of information from actual family experiences their true stories will be your lead way to more  awareness from firsthand sources. We will continue to advocate for more community, individual, and organizational involvement as an effective way of improving the lives of families with severely disabled children.

If you would like to join our team, and help enrich the lives of severely disabled children and their families contact us at info@angelswithspecialneeds.org. As when two or more come together for the common good of others we can make a difference, and help them thrive!
