We have 120 10×10 spaces available for anyone to rent at $20.00 per area so clean out your garages, attics, closets and come join us at Arcadia sell your wares make some extra cash! Set-up times are Friday Oct. 9, 2009, from 9:00am-5:00pm or 6:00am - 8:00am or the morning of the event. We are looking for all types of vendors craft, jewelry, art, clothing, etc…….

You will be able to set up your tables inside a climate-controlled building where we will have use of 25,000 sq ft of space for this event. Set-up times are Friday Oct. 9, 2009, from 9:00am-5:00pm or the morning of the event from 6:00am-8:00am and tear-down time is 3:00pm. Tables and chairs are not provided You will have to provide your own also bags/boxes for shoppers, cash/change, and trash bags for clean-up. Electricity is provided, bathrooms are on the premises.

NOTE: The vendor fee is the only charge to participate in the sale. Vendors keep 100% of the profits of their sales.

Local Non-profit organizations

Charities. 501(c)(3) organizations with a valid IRS Determination Letter can have 1 half-priced space per organization. You must email Helen at helen@angelswithspecialneeds.org to reserve your space at least 5 days prior to the sale.
